Edward Kuc - Vice President, Administration Mr. Kuc is responsible for the Loan Servicing area, where funds are
collected
and distributed to investors and the projects. He is a graduate of the
University of Chicago where he received his MBA degree. He also has
over 20 years of operations and budgeting experience with a large, private
health
care facility developer. Since joining Centennial in 1993, Mr. Kuc has
managed the servicing function, where
he has focused on refining procedures to insure compliance with HUD and
