Matthew Kane - President

Mr. Kane’s 21 years of real estate finance experience ranges from that of a real estate loan officer at the Chase Manhattan Bank to positions in medium- and large-sized private development companies. This business experience, coupled with graduate degrees in business administration and real estate development, gives him a unique background based in theoretical and practical real estate finance. He has, in addition to conventional real estate knowledge, developed an expertise in the FHA/USDA mortgage insurance programs. He has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars of closings utilizing the HUD 221(d)(3), 221(d)(4), 223(f), 223(a)(7), 232, 232 under the 223(f) and 241 programs, as well as the USDA 538.
