Jennifer Heckaman - Assistant Vice President of Legal and Construction Management

Ms. Heckaman has over 13 years experience in FHA closings and in analyzing, coordinating and funding FHA construction loans. Ms. Heckaman
understands the role of the architect, title-company, mortgagor, contractor, mortgagee and HUD and has vast experience in problem resolution and ensuring that projects reach final endorsement. Ms. Heckaman has a bachelor’s degree from Bethel College in Organizational Management.
