Marie Gottschlich - Vice President, Underwriter Ms. Gottschlich brings over thirteen (13) years of experience, including HUD’s FHA Loan Programs with an emphasis on healthcare. In addition to being a MAP approved multi-family underwriter, she is well versed in affordable housing loan transactions, tax-exempt bonds, and low-income housing tax credits. Ms. Gottschlich has joined CMI from Prudential Huntoon Paige where she worked as Director of Underwriting. She earned her MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a concentration in finance.
