Phil Foti (Arizona) - Vice President, Origination Mr. Foti has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate loan origination, primarily with FHA multifamily and GSE loan programs. Most recently with Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, Phil has developed an active and loyal client base, particularly in multifamily and healthcare development, and has worked with clients to provide acquisition, refinancing and repositioning/rehab solutions for their multifamily properties. He received his BA in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame (1972) and his MBA from Arizona State University (1974), and is a long-time resident of Phoenix, AZ.
