Mr. Fitts has 22 years of real estate experience across a broad array of sectors ranging from institutional equity and debt asset management with prominent real estate development and finance firms, to commercial lending and underwriting, to affordable housing transactions utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Mr. Fitts earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. His unique blend of real estate finance experience and commercial underwriting skills make him a valuable asset to the Centennial Mortgage underwriting team.
