Karl Edmonson - Vice President of Underwriting Mr. Edmonson brings technical expertise to the team with a thorough knowledge of the HUD and USDA programs coupled with the ability to streamline our existing processes using advanced technology. He has over 5 years of experience with HUD MAP programs and is an approved MAP multi-family underwriter. He has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, Bloomington and is currently enrolled in the executive MBA program at the University of Notre Dame.
