Nina Bendixen - Vice President of Multifamily Ms. Bendixen has over 9 years experience in HUD Multi-Family Lending and has an additional 5 years experience in the legal industry. Her skills and experience in processing, closing, and servicing HUD loans under Sections 232, 223(f), 221(d)(4) and 241 of the National Housing Act are an asset to Centennial Mortgage. In addition, she is currently a junior underwriter and is working toward becoming a HUD approved multi-family designated underwriter. Ms. Bendixen has a BS and an MBA from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana.
